INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

International shipping is available. All international orders are sent tracked via Royal Mail. Please ensure your address and extra information is correct before purchasing. Orders shipped internationally arrive within a 7-16 day time frame depending on location. 

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Each item is hand made and crafted to perfection. Depending on the volume of orders, difficulty of design and size stock will determine how quickly you get your order. 1 month is the average waiting time. You will be notified if it needs to be extended. Items are sent via Royal Mail 1st class (UK)

And Royal Mail Tracked for international orders.

CAN I RETURN OR BE 

REFUNDED?

All items are made specifically for each customer. Time and resources go into each design, returns and refunds are not available. 

 PRICE INCREASE?

Grade school sizes for Jordan 1 Mids are very scarce. This means that the shoe will have to be sourced from a reseller or the site Stockx. This is the main cause for the larger price increase, including my art work.  Airforce 1’s are easier to source, which may be a better alternative. 

WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN TERMS OF QUALITY?

Any hand painted items are prepped using acetone (to remove factory finish) and sand papered to create a surface that bonds to the paint. Angelus Leather Paints are used and protected with Angelus Matte Finisher. The finisher provides a layer of protection from scratches. 

For material customs, the fabric is cut and sewn (with invisible thread) onto the item.

To upkeep this quality, please ensure you don’t machine wash, use the item vigorously or get any harsh chemicals around them.
